Hosted a birthday party here and everything from booking to wrap up was such a smooth process! Sadie was excellent in assisting us in every detail. Our package included pizza, juice boxes and it was all ready as expected. Highly recommended! Kids love the play area. So much to explore for every age group especially between 1 year to 8-10 years.

Jumbaloo is always an amazing experience. Leen was very helpful throughout our party time. She helped us set up, decorate, give out pizza, cut the cake and clean up. She was very accommodating as well and she was very clear with the contract and instructions. Highly recommended!

Jumbaloo is an absolute gem for families looking for a fun and safe place for their kids to burn off energy! The entire facility is spotless, with staff constantly ensuring that everything is clean and well-maintained. As a parent, it’s reassuring to see such high standards of hygiene, especially in a play centre.

We hosted my sons birthday party here without a site visit. We appreciated the ease of booking, the information was clear and emailed to us upon booking. All fees were shared and transparent. We received a call a week before just to touch base,ask any further questions. Day of the party our host was Shannon she is a gem!!! She was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. She help setup and tear town and was available for anything we need. This was one of the most organized places and clean! Highly recommend 👌
