Shannon was fantastic at setting up the table and decorations. She did a great job by taking pictures as well. The party room is spacious enough for 15-20 kids and their parents. The pizza was incredible! I ordered both cheese and pepperoni to be safe, and everyone loved it.
My kids and his friends had a great time at Jumbaloo. I highly recommend the party room and their service.
I celebrated my son's 5th birthday yesterday and the experience was quite good. The most helpful and Amazing party host Reyaan helped us decorate the room and catered to our needs. When it was time to cut the cake, i noticed that the complementary plates and cutleries, juices were not given initially but arrived after i asked for them. We had taken our own water so the complimentary water never came. So just a little advice about asking and taking the complimentary things earlier so that you dont miss out on them other than that its a great place. The slides and indoor play space is upgraded and the kids have so much to do that they are going to enjoy thoroughly.
Kids had fun and enjoyed a lot. This place is very clean and the staffs here sanitize and clean the place quite frequently. Reasonable price and best for winter indoors for kids. The staffs are friendly and kind.
Really great place for kids to play and explore, very interactive. Even fun for adults! The recent upgrades have made the park practically a new place for the kids to explore, so if you’ve come before, you’ll be presently surprised as will your children if you come again as it is a completely new experience with the upgraded park, the trampolines and the little soccer basketball court in the middle of the jungle gym 👌 Definitely recommend!!!
Kids had a good time. Was a bit crowded when we arrived but even so the kids seemed to have enough space to enjoy what they wanted. Overall clean. We were personally checked on and asked about our experience. My kids said they'd be happy visiting again, so that means it's a pretty cool place in my book. Only issue is there's a bit of a capacity issue in the area where you leave coats and shoes. I took our coats to the car
