Do I need to book in advance?
Walk-ins are always welcome, but we recommend booking for playtime during holidays or busy weekends to secure your spot. Parties are always to be pre-booked.
What are your safety measures?
We uphold and take pride in our cleaning standards. We sanitize our play areas daily and ensure all equipment is well-maintained for safe, fun play. We also have extensively trained staff members who monitor and ensure safe play at the Cosmic Climb & Orbit run area.
Is there a space for toddlers
Yes! We have a dedicated toddler zone designed for children under 3, with soft, safe play equipment, ball games, a ball pit, and play panels with fun games.
Can I bring my own food?
Outside food is not permitted, but we offer snacks and beverages at our snack rack. Some exceptions apply to baby milk, baby food, fresh fruits and veggies, etc.
What's included in a birthday party package?
All party packages include room rental, playtime, and staff support. Jumbo packages include food options, juice boxes, and water bottles. DIY packages do not include food or drinks; however, we recommend learning more about this on our Parties page.
Are parents allowed in the playarea?
Absolutely! Parents are welcome to join their kids or relax in our seating area. We just advise all older siblings and parents to be aware of the age limitations on specific equipment.
Why do we need to sign a waiver?
Parents/guardians are required to please sign a waiver for your child’s safety and well-being, as long as liability. Advise all party guests to fill out the waiver before arriving for smooth entry. It’s available on Jumbaloo’s website.
Is alchohol permitted at Jumbaloo?
Does Jumbaloo have a water fountain?
Jumbaloo does not have a water fountain. However, water is available for purchase at the snack counter. Guests are also welcome to bring their water bottles.
Is the playground area supervised?
Jumbaloo is an unsupervised indoor playground. The parent or guardian is responsible for the child’s safety and safe use of equipment at all times. Some supervision is provided at the Cosmic Climb (rock climbing) and Orbit run (active play area).
Do I need to have a physical copy of coupon/MVP to have it applied?
Yes, a physical copy of the coupon or MVP is typically required to be applied at Jumbaloo for admission.
Are pets allowed in the facility?
No, pets are not allowed in the facility, except for service animals
Can we extend our playtime if we're running late?
No, playtime cannot be extended if you are running late, as the facility operates on a set schedule to accommodate all guests and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
Do I have to book a playtime?
It is best to pre-book an online playtime to ensure that a spot is available, rather than feeling disappointed by the occupancy issue when you arrive, especially on busy days like weekends or holidays. You can always check in over the phone as well.
Is it one free adult per playing child?
All adults admitted into the facility are paid for.
Is the Active Play included in the admission price?
No. You can purchase them at the time of playing from the Recharge Station (Snack) or at the Reception.
Do I have to come in with my child?
Yes. We are an unsupervised playground and need an adult to ensure safe play and overall child safety.
Can I bring food?
For general play admissions at Jumbaloo, no outside food/drinks are allowed to be brought into the facility unless you have booked the entire facility for a party or private function. Some exceptions apply, i.e., baby bottles, baby food, etc. For more information, please contact us at 905-785-3990. The restrictions on food you can bring in remain the same for the party. We hope to assume that our guests will respect our nut-free policy.
How long can I stay for?
Play time customers must follow the allotted time for each time slot.
Does everyone have to wear a pair of socks? Can I bring my own indoor shoes?
Jumbaloo is a sock only facility. Socks must be worn by everyone i.e adults and children within the facility. For sanitary purposes, no bare feet, shoes, or slippers will be tolerated beyond the front lobby. Guests are welcomed to purchase socks if they don’t have any at the time of entrance.
Are strollers allowed inside?
Strollers are allowed up to the front lobby. For sanitary purposes, strollers cannot be brought into the play area beyond the front lobby. However, we recommend not leaving bags, valuables, etc. with the stroller.
Can I pay for one adult admission and alternate between 2 adults?
Unfortunately, that cannot be a scenario.
My older child isn't playing. Do I still have to pay for them?
Everyone attending occupies the facility and receives a wristband during admission, which is required to remain in the play area. There might be lots to do for youth and adults in Jumbaloo Future World.
How many party rooms are there?
Jumbaloo Future World has four dedicated party rooms.
What if I have fewer children and more adults? Do I still have to pay for additional adult guests?
Yes. Even if there are additional child guests or adult guests, the overflow is charged accordingly.
Can the guest count be customized?
It can be customized by using a variety of packages, as per your guest count.
What age is considered a child? Will infants be included in the guest count?
Everyone, including those 1 and up who are attending the event, is counted for the guest count.
Who is your pizza vendor?
We work with Gino’s Pizza.
Is outside food allowed?
You may bring in your own food and drinks with limitations:
- PIZZAS FROM THIRD PARTY ORGANISATIONS CANNOT BE BROUGHT INTO THE FACILITY. Pizza or food deliveries are not allowed to the facility and will be turned away, no exceptions.
- Mostly dry foods (no gravies, curries, sauces or soups)
- No foods containing allergens like nuts & shellfish, popcorn, candy, or gum
- No heating or cooking devices of any kind
- No glass containers / bottles
- Any foods with offensive odors will have to be removed from the facility
- No alcohol is permitted
If any additional PIZZA needs to be ordered, it has to be through Jumbaloo. All food brought in for parties must be kept and consumed in the party room only.
Is decoration provided?
No, you can feel free to bring any decorations, and our staff would be happy to help with the setup and decorations. You can also check the add-on balloon bouquet option.
What does paper product/cutlery mean? What is included or not included? How many?
Paper products and cutlery are included in the Jumbo packages. The count is enough for all guests attending the event as per the package size. Paper products/cutlery includes paper plates, plastic spoons and forks, and napkins.
Is coffee provided for party guests?
Coffee can be provided as an add-on option for parties. Please ask an associate.
Can food or other items be stored in Jumbaloo's fridge space?
Fridge space is ONLY LIMITED TO CAKES and allocated to each party during the party time.
Is the Birthday child and their family included in the guest count?
Yes. Everyone attending occupies a part of the guest count as the occupancy of the facility is being used, and gets a wristband during admissions, which is needed to remain in the play area.
Can I select the party room?
Party rooms are allocated as per availability and first-come-first served basis.
What does shared/dedicated host mean?
Shared hosts usually host two parties at the same time. However, dedicated hosts are only hosting one party and are dedicated to serving one order at a time.
Are cheese and pepperoni the only pizza options?
There are many pizza options available, including, but not limited to, veggie, meat toppings, etc. Please ask for our associate at 9057853990.
