Shannon was fantastic at setting up the table and decorations. She did a great job by taking pictures as well. The party room is spacious enough for 15-20 kids and their parents. The pizza was incredible! I ordered both cheese and pepperoni to be safe, and everyone loved it. My kids and his friends had a great time at Jumbaloo. I highly recommend the party room and their service.

Came here for my child's birthday. Just booked a 2 hour playtime slot on a Monday afternoon. Wasnt too.busy. Place is very clean and spacious. Equipment is well maintained. Very bright and colourful, well air conditioned! Kids had a blast! Far better than most other playgrounds we have visited in the Brampton/Mississauga area. Will definitely be visiting again 😊

Incredible upgrades!! If you haven’t been in a while I highly recommended coming again. Everything is new and such high quality. The cost to get in did go up but I think it’s absolutely worth it. We loved the new light up slide, the soccer/ball area, the jumping area!! We also came at 10am during the week and it was super dead (which made it more fun!). The staff are always friendly - today we met Brooke and she was super kind, inviting and quick! We constantly saw her doing something, stocking, cleaning, helping others! She even interacted with all the kids. Compared to other play places this is definitely my favourite in all of Mississauga. So happy with the upgrades!!! 10/10! Edit: my 6 year old joined their March break camp and had the time of her life. Would highly recommend to anyone 🙂

I celebrated my son's 5th birthday yesterday and the experience was quite good. The most helpful and Amazing party host Reyaan helped us decorate the room and catered to our needs. When it was time to cut the cake, i noticed that the complementary plates and cutleries, juices were not given initially but arrived after i asked for them. We had taken our own water so the complimentary water never came. So just a little advice about asking and taking the complimentary things earlier so that you dont miss out on them other than that its a great place. The slides and indoor play space is upgraded and the kids have so much to do that they are going to enjoy thoroughly.

Can’t remember how I found this place, but I’m so glad I did. This was the first time I took my child to an indoor playground, and Jumbaloo Playgrounds has so much for kids to burn off energy. The toddler area has plenty to do, and there are also great areas for older kids. We went on a Tuesday during the day, so it wasn’t busy at all. When we arrived, there was only one other parent and child, which was perfect. My child was able to play at her own pace and explore comfortably. By the time we were leaving, more families were starting to come in. They also have lots of space for birthday parties and other activities, plus a small arcade area, which is a great bonus. Booking online and signing the waiver ahead of time saved us a lot of time just have to pay in person. Overall, a great experience — I would definitely go back again, especially earlier in the day.
