Mississauga parents, big news! While our doors are closed, a major transformation is underway, and this is your first official Jumbaloo renovation update. We’re rebuilding brighter play spaces, enhancing toddler safety, and adding all-new activities across every level of the structure.
Here’s a closer look at what’s happening behind the scenes and why families are already excited to return to Mississauga’s favourite indoor playground.
A Brighter, Better Play Experience
One of the biggest changes you’ll notice in this Jumbaloo renovation update is how much brighter the entire space feels.
We are adding:
- modern, brighter lighting
- illuminated play features
- cleaner, more visible pathways
- refreshed colours throughout the structure
It will create a more open, cheerful environment that’s easier for parents to supervise and more exciting for kids to explore.
A Fully Enclosed Toddler Area (Ages 1–4)
A top highlight in this Jumbaloo renovation update is the completely redesigned toddler zone.
The new toddler area will include:
- full enclosure for safety
- gated access
- strict age separation (no older kids)
- more toddler games and soft-play elements
- gentle obstacles and sensory additions
Plus, our 10 AM opening time will be staying, perfect for before-nap playtime.
Toddlers get their own calm, secure world. Older kids get space to run wild. Everyone wins.

This renovation prioritizes age-appropriate play, creating a smoother experience for mixed-age families.
For toddlers (1–4 years):
- Bigger ball pit and toddler-sized ball games
- expanded toddler games
- mini Ninja Course

For kids 5+:
- a completely new second level
- expanded adventure obstacles
- upgraded rope climb
- fresh balancing and climbing activities
- lookouts and tunnels
Age separation means fewer collisions, more fun, and safer play for everyone.
Introducing Athlete’s Square — A Sports Arena for Kids 4 and up
This Jumbaloo renovation update wouldn’t be complete without highlighting Athlete’s Square, our new high-energy sports zone designed specifically for older kids.
This space will include:
- wide, open movement areas
- sport-inspired challenges
- climbing, balancing, and racing routes
- upgraded flooring for safe, fast play
If your child loves running, competing, or burning endless energy, this will be their new favourite spot.
More Action Across All Three Levels
The structure will be infused with new features from top to bottom.
Kids can look forward to:

- mini Ninja Course
- new rope climb
- new obstacles across all levels

- a huge enclosed ball pit

Every part of the playground has been refreshed, re-engineered, and rebuilt for maximum movement and excitement.

Parents need comfort, too, so we will add:
- more seating areas
- clearer visibility into the structure
- strategically placed seats around the toddler zone
- better supervision paths for families with multiple kids
