Walk-ins are always welcome, but we recommend booking for playtime during
holidays or busy weekends to secure your spot. Parties are always to be pre-
booked.

You may bring in your own food and drinks with limitations:
- PIZZAS FROM THIRD PARTY ORGANISATIONS CANNOT BE BROUGHT INTO
THE FACILITY. Pizza or food deliveries are not allowed to the facility and will
be turned away, no exceptions. - Mostly dry foods (no gravies, curries, sauces or soups)
- No foods containing allergens like nuts & shellfish, popcorn, candy or gum
- No heating or cooking devices of any kind
- No glass containers / bottles
- Any foods with offensive odors will have to be removed from facility
- No alcohol is permitted
- PIZZAS FROM THIRD PARTY ORGANISATIONS CANNOT BE BROUGHT INTO
If any or additional PIZZA needs to be ordered, it has to be through Jumbaloo.
All food brought in for parties must be kept and consumed in the party room
only.
Why do we need to sign a waiver?

Jumbaloo playgrounds do not have a water fountain. However, water is
available for purchase at the snack counter. Guests are also
welcome to bring their water bottles.
Is the playground area supervised?

Are pets allowed in the facility?
Can we extend our playtime if we're running late?
Do I have to book a playtime?
It is best to pre-book an online playtime to ensure that a spot is available, rather than feeling disappointed by the occupancy issue when you arrive, especially on busy days like weekends or holidays. You can always check-in over the phone as well.
Is it one free adult per playing child?
All adults admitted into the facility are paid for.

Does everyone have to wear a pair of socks? Can I bring my own indoor shoes?
Jumbaloo is a sock only facility. Socks must be worn by everyone i.e adults and children within the facility. For sanitary purposes, no bare feet, shoes, or slippers will be tolerated beyond the front lobby. Guests are welcomed to purchase socks if they don’t have any at the time of entrance.
Are strollers allowed inside?
Can I pay for one adult admission and alternate between 2 adults?
My older child isn't playing. Do I still have to pay for them?
Everyone attending occupies the occupancy of the facility and gets a wristband during admissions which is needed to remain in the play area.
How many party rooms are there?
Jumbaloo Playgrounds has three dedicated party rooms.
What if I have less children and more adults? Do I still have to pay for additional guest adults?
Yes. Even if there are additional child guests or adult guests, the overflow is charged respectively.
Can the guest count be customized?
What age is considered a child? Will infants be included in the guest count?

We work with Pizza Pizza.
