General Guidelines for All Parties
- Food Restrictions:
- Jumbaloo is a peanut-free and nut-aware facility. It does not allow food containing peanuts, tree nuts, or shellfish.
- Only dry food items are permitted. Soups, gravies, and other liquid-based foods are prohibited.
- Items such as candy, gum, and popcorn are also not allowed.
- Cake and Food Policy:
- You may bring your cake and food, but they must meet the following restrictions:
- Nut-free and shellfish-free only.
- Food and drinks are prohibited in the playground area and must be consumed in the party rooms.
- Pizza Orders:
- Pizza can only be ordered through Jumbaloo. Outside pizza is not permitted.
- Decorations and Clean-Up:
- Decorations like confetti, piñatas, sparklers, glitter, and silly string are not allowed.
- Only painter’s tape may be used to decorate the party rooms. Additional cleaning fees may apply if these rules are not followed.
- Alcohol Policy:
- Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited on Jumbaloo premises.
- Party Room Occupancy:
- The number of children and adults must align with your selected party package and is not interchangeable.
Booking Policies
- A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required at the time of booking:
- J1 to J3: $200
- J4 & J5: $300
- Private Parties: $500
- J4, J5, and Private Parties cannot be downgraded once booked.
- Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your party’s start time. Party rooms must be vacated promptly at the end of your booking to accommodate the next event.
- Need extra time? Additional fees may apply. Please contact us ahead of time to check availability.
- All birthday party policies outlined in your booking contract also apply.

- Our team conducts weekly deep cleans of all equipment and spaces to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Hand sanitizer stations are placed throughout the facility for easy access by all guests.

Wellness Policy
- If you or your child are feeling unwell, please wait until everyone is healthy before visiting.
- Guests who appear visibly unwell may be asked to return when feeling better to prevent the spread of illnes.
Family Policy
- Older siblings are welcome but must respect that equipment is designed for children under 12.
- Activities like pushing, chasing, or rough play that could disrupt younger guests are not allowed.
- Siblings over six and parents must accompany children under 4 in the main play structure.

Lost & Found Policy
- Lost Items: Jumbaloo is not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings.
- Holding Period: Found items are held for 30 days. After this time, unclaimed items will be donated or discarded.
