PLAYGROUND RULES
Welcome to Jumbaloo! Please review our guidelines for a safe and enjoyable visit.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for their child’s safety and behavior. Jumbaloo is not liable for injuries from improper use of equipment.
- All parents/guardians must sign a waiver for their child, available on Jumbaloo’s website. Please complete it before arrival.
- Jumbaloo is not responsible for lost belongings. Leave valuables at home or in your vehicle; lockers are not available.
- Wristbands must be worn by children and parents at all times.
- This is a socks-only zone! Shoes, slippers, or bare feet are not allowed. Socks are available for purchase at the front counter.
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted unless you have a party room booked. Exceptions include baby food and small snacks.
- Please ensure you and your child are well. If unwell, you may be asked to return later.
- Staff may refuse admission or ask anyone to leave for unsafe behavior or disrespectful actions.
- Only 1-2 children may use the trampoline at once. Adults are not allowed.
10.No climbing on nets, going up slides or sitting in the ball pit. Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and sharp items are not allowed.
- Pets and drugs are prohibited.

- Pizza can ONLY be ordered through Jumbaloo.
- Jumbaloo is a peanut-free and nut-aware facility. Foods containing peanuts or any other nuts are not permitted on the premises.
- If you’re a party guest, you may bring your cake and food with some other Food Restrictions as below:
- Must be nut-free.
- Shellfish-free.
- Soups or gravies are not allowed; please stick to mostly dry food items.
- Other items such as candy, gum, and popcorn are also prohibited.
- All party guests must consume their food or drink within the party rooms. No food or drinks are allowed in the playground area.
- No alcohol is allowed at any time on Jumbaloo premises.
- Confetti, piñatas, sparklers, silly string, and glitter are not permitted. Only painter’s tape may be used to decorate rooms. Additional cleaning fees will apply if these rules are not followed.
- The headcount of children and adults is limited according to each package tier and is not interchangeable. We appreciate your understanding.
- A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required at the time of booking:
- J1 to J3: $200
- J4: $300
- Super Jumbo or Private: $500
- J4, Super Jumbo, and Private parties cannot be downgraded.
All other birthday party policies and rules from the contract apply. Thank you!
